Union Station, a sight to behold

Today was our first day in Washington DC, and we have already been able to learn so much! We were able to see the Capitol Visitors Center, Native American Museum, and the Air and Space Museum. By the end of all that adventuring on a rainy day in DC, we were ready for dinner. As we rode to the Union Station, I didn’t really know what to expect. As I walked in I was pleasantly surprised by what the Union Station had to offer.
The variation in such a small area was so interesting. When it came to retail, they had everything from boutique style to your everyday H&M. As for food you could venture into the food court with options like Chick Fil A and Chipotle, or have a sit down dinner on the upper level. Our group had decided on dinner at UNO’s, a pizza place on the upper level of Union Station. It was delicious!
On top everything you could find in Union Station, the building was also beautiful. Everyone was so excited to have the opportunity to explore Union Station!
